SkillCort Trust Center
AI can assist an evaluation. It cannot own the outcome.
Scores and workflow decisions belong to people. Governance controls make that ownership visible and reviewable.
Human-owned scores
Authorized human evaluators own scores. AI may propose criterion scores that a human confirms or overrides.
Human-owned workflow decisions
Human users own workflow decisions about how a candidate progresses. AI does not advance or reject a candidate on its own.
Advisory AI outputs
AI outputs support evaluation and are separately tracked. They are inputs to a human decision, not the decision itself.
Versioned outcome history
Score and decision changes are kept in an append-only history, and direct writes to outcome tables are restricted.
Integrity signals require review
Integrity signals are proportional and reviewable. No single signal automatically rejects a candidate; a human reviews before any decision.
Incident and pause controls
Critical AI functions can be paused, and incidents can be routed for review. A pause stops the AI provider call and never scores or rejects a candidate.
