The evidence-first thesis
Most assessment tools stop at a score. A score tells you a number; it doesn't show you the work. SkillCort is an assessment operating system: it connects a role blueprint to realistic work-sample tasks, structured evaluation, and a decision file — so every conclusion points back to something a candidate actually did.
That's the whole idea. Skill becomes evidence. Evidence becomes a decision you can explain, defend, and audit — not a black box you have to trust.
